Skoob services cancellation and refund policies
You may cancel your paid subscription at any point in time. To cancel your subscription, you have to contact us at [email protected] and inform us of the cancellation reason, and proof of purchase. We will process your cancellation request, and you will be informed via email within 48 working hours.
If Skoob terminates your paid subscription due to a breach of the terms and conditions, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused or remaining subscription fees and/or credits.
Unless otherwise stated, the Company does not entertain any refunds. Payment made will be valid up till the period agreed. Payments made are non-transferable to another party and are only applicable for the named holder of the account.
